Play as a team
4 teams of 2. You and your partner share one chip stack and see each other's cards.
Sit opposite, play your own hand
Partners sit across the table and each play their own cards from the team stack. You can never raise your own partner.
Two Jokers in the deck
One Joker beats an Ace as high card. Two Jokers are the best pair. Jokers never help straights, flushes, trips or full houses.
Swap before the flop
A team holding a Joker may swap one card between teammates pre-flop. The table is told a swap happened; both partners still see all of each other's cards, and other teams never see which cards moved.
Two shots at the pot
No combining cards between teammates. Both partners can reach showdown, and each hand is judged on its own.
